Quickstart
Connect your repo and see your first AI-drafted posts in under five minutes. This guide covers setup, the weekly ritual, and how Shiplore learns your voice.

1. Connect your accounts
Shiplore needs two connections: GitHub (read-only, to understand what you ship) and X (to study your voice and post on approval).
- Click Start free and authorize GitHub. We request
read-onlyaccess to the repos you choose — never write. - Authorize X. Shiplore analyzes your recent posts to seed your voice profile.
- Pick the repository you want to narrate. You can add up to five on the Studio plan.
2. Choose your phase
Your phase tells the agent what story you're telling right now. It shapes tone, angle, and timing.
- Building — progress logs, fixes, and the honest middle of making something.
- Launching — announcements, reveals, and countdowns tuned for momentum.
- Growing — milestones, lessons, and the numbers that compound an audience.
3. Run the Sunday ritual
Each week, your drafts wait in the review inbox. Review them one card at a time:
- Approve — schedules the post at your audience's peak time.
- Edit — tweak the text; your changes become a voice rule.
- Skip — discard this draft; the agent learns what to avoid.
Use J / K to move between cards, A to approve, and E to edit.
4. How voice learning works
Every action you take is converted into an explicit, editable rule — capitalization, emoji use, sentence length, preferred framings. View and delete any rule in Settings → Voice. Most makers stop editing drafts by week three.
