Terms of Service
Last updated: January 12, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Shiplore ("the Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. We've kept them readable on purpose.
1. The Service
Shiplore reads signals from repositories you connect and drafts social posts in your voice. The Service never publishes anything without your explicit approval. Full-auto posting is opt-in per platform; approval is the default. You remain in full control of what is posted, when, and whether it is posted at all.
2. Your account
- You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract.
- You're responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.
- You must own or have permission to connect the GitHub and X accounts you link.
3. Your content & approval
You retain all rights to your code, your posts, and your data. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your connected signals solely to generate drafts for you. Every draft requires your approval before publishing. You are responsible for the content of posts you approve.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Shiplore to generate or publish content that is unlawful, harassing, deceptive, or that infringes others' rights. We may suspend accounts that abuse the Service or the connected platforms' terms.
5. Billing & cancellation
- Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.
- You can cancel anytime; access continues through the end of your billing period.
- Every plan starts with a 30-day free trial — we never charge a card without a clear opt-in.
6. Disclaimers & liability
The Service is provided "as is." Because you approve every post, you are responsible for what you choose to publish. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding twelve months.
7. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, with notice where practicable. On termination, your data is deleted per our Privacy Policy.
8. Changes & contact
We may update these Terms; we'll notify you of material changes. Questions? Email legal@shiplore.com or visit the support center.
